Nonprofits in Brazil were losing recurring donations to failed card charges and paper-based field signups. I co-founded the company and led product across the CRM and the payment infrastructure underneath it. R$650M+ processed for 400+ organizations including UNHCR, Greenpeace and MSF, with billing success moving from ~70% to ~92% and field enrollment dropping from 7 days to under 10 minutes.

Sales teams needed prospecting capacity they could not afford to hire. I worked as product designer and PM on Brazil's first AI SDR platform, from zero to launch, including 1,500+ proprietary emails used to train the agents. It reached break-even in under 12 months with around 100 contracted agents, at 60% less than the cost of a junior SDR.

Renting in Brazil depends on guarantors, which shuts out most renters. I led product on a three-sided marketplace built around a payment guarantee instead, covering the flow end to end from credit approval to repossession. R$140M+ under guarantee, ~90% credit approval, registration cut from 2 hours to 15 minutes, dropout from 30% to under 5%, and a R$5M Series A.

Construction material orders ran on spreadsheets and phone calls across eight distinct stakeholder types, all of which I mapped. As lead product designer I worked with product and engineering on the B2B marketplace that replaced them. Manual work dropped 85%, order processing went from 4 hours to 15 minutes, CS load fell from 100% to 13%, and the team absorbed 7x more orders.

How I work
Most people want the brief nailed down before they start. I don't. I start with vague requirements and bring structure to them over time. I don't mind that. Actually, I prefer it.
I work across disciplines, from strategy to operations, so I see connections a deeply focused specialist might miss. That doesn't mean I'm always right. It means I challenge the framing of a problem before anyone designs a solution for it.
I want to understand the whole system a product lives in: incentives, constraints, stakeholders, the processes already in place. What I've learned is that good products come from mastering that context. And mastering context takes time, humility, and questions. Not assumptions.

Everything connects. Fix one part in isolation and you break another. My job is to hold the whole picture.
Progressive clarity
Ambiguity is normal at the start. I don't fight it. I structure clarity as I go, through discovery, experiments, and documentation.
Excellence in details
Every step has a reason. But perfection kills progress. The skill is knowing when details matter and when speed matters more.
Empathy and pragmatism
Empathy without pragmatism makes products people love but can't sustain. Pragmatism without empathy makes products that work but no one wants. You need both.
Depth over superficiality
I spend real time understanding what users need, which is often not what they first tell me. That takes immersion, and the humility to admit what I don't know yet.
